A twisted tale The Night Clerk is now available on DVD and it’s a stunner. The film should have audiences engrossed from the very start to its surprise finale. While all the clues are laid out for you before midpoint, the writer/director holds back just enough in this mystery to make the movie a winner. Based on true events, the movie A Hidden Life takes you into Austria during the advent of WWII. It follows Franz Jägerstätter who became a martyr and later beatified by the Catholic Church for his deeds. The direction here is pinpoint, the acting extremely good and the cinematography exquisite. More than just a biography, the film shows the plight of the Austrians who were caught up in a conflict they had not beckoned. Read more…

Our life experiences influence what we do in our future and what our parents experience could also influence how we are as well. And, in tragedy and death we experience large amounts of loss that could also transfer to our unborn offspring. Lastly, we experience many ups and downs throughout our lifetime and how we react to those, good or bad, experiences make up who we are and how strong our will is to survive.
