Teen Review by Ian Delia

Who would’ve thought an animated TV show could be this good? Star Wars has always had a big place in my heart and definitely still does. If you still have questions about what happened between episode 6 Return of the Jedi and episode 7 The Force Awakens then you are going to need to watch this television series. It may have the age appropriate rating of “TV-Y7″ but that never means it’s not excellent or unimportant. In fact I think this is crucial to the whole aspect of what goes on with and how the First Order comes to be. Review by John Delia, Sr.

Kicking off into hyperspace Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 turns up the action and the comedy in this science fiction action adventure now on Blu-ray, DVD and 4K Ultra HD. It’s been nearly 3 years since the first one hit the big screen and that one was amazing, but I was extremely happy with this next chapter that blew me away. The production quality on the Blu-ray outweighs that of the first taking audiences into a future filled with imaginative aliens and a vast fantasy universe. Read more…

Disney’s Rogue One: A Star Wars Story blasts onto your home entertainment center in a Blu-ray/DVD box set. You are in control of all the action and a long list of Bonus Extras that continue to delight sci-fi space fans. The movie sets-up a new series for Disney/Lucas Films that brings exciting adventures in between continuing episodes of the Star Wars franchise. It’s quite a challenge for the team at the Mouse House and I’m very glad they came up with the idea. Read more…

Bio-Dome (Blu-ray)

April 14th, 2015 No comments

Rent It Aside from serving up the first big-screen appearance of Tenacious D and a few clever jabs at trendy young environmentalists, Jason Bloom's Bio-Dome (1996) doesn't have much lasting value. A handful of dumb laughs? Sure
