Paramount Home Media Distribution announced today that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be arrive on Blu-ray Combo Pack, Blu-ray 3D Combo Pack, DVD and VOD on December 16. The movie arrives three weeks early on Digital HD November 25.
